Use SPFT and flash complete ROM

i also try your instructions but in previus roms digitizer stop working (also show upside down).only in 2112 work the digitizer correctly but the screen show ypside down.i also try full reset via menu but nothing change... any other suggestion?

Are you sure that you flash compatible ROM?
Please provide pictures of your phone name, label from box, built number from settings - about phone -,
