I didn't say or show in Vid, I also cut a sliver off the plastic part, with craft knife, behind the camera module to allow it to go back even further.  Post time 2017-12-20 06:08
No problem, have look at my videos, I show the foam tape in one. Be careful with the disassemble.  Post time 2017-12-20 06:04

Hey what i have noticed is that the ISO setting is set to high by default. If you zoom in 5x on normal camera (on a rug or something with alot of detail you can see it) The solution is to choose pro camera and instead of auto iso choose ISO 200

that works for me

Unfortunately your state is some joke. Are you sure that you are talking about Z Pro?????
Z Pro have two rear cameras, one is colour and one black /white. You can very easily test this in camera app.

I finally managed to fix the camera issue.

Apparently just putting some foam tape on the camera will keep it at a distance from the glass and will allow the camera to focus. Everything is ok-ish for now.

Thanks to everyone for helping me!

That's pathetic that Umidigi avoids responsibility and doesn't warranty repairs and just promotes homemade fix-it solutions on it's own website... That tells a lot about their customer service policy (or rather about the lack of it)

Please follow the answer to the umidigi facebook page

You need open phone and try move lens from colour camera (shake) to check is jammed. If is moving freely, then switch on phone without back cover and check does colour camera moving when you touch screen to focus in correct place, if still not working you needs disconnect and reconnect battery and camera, test again.

After hitting the smartphone, the autofocus of the main camera does not work. How can I buy a dual camera?

I also have problems focusing the camera. Unfortunately, it is out of focus and it is defective. Where can I buy the camera accessory and can I even replace this part?
