Guys, could you please be more specific as every case is a bit different and we need more information to give you support.
We always recommending to charge device until you get green LED. Then press and hold power button until phone restart (this should take around 10 seconds).
If phone still not starting you can contact to seller and ask for solution or use SPFT and try flash full ROM.

I have a problem with my s2 as well. After the latest update the display is off. I can hear the alarm clock, but the screen does not turn on. Have you found a solution?
I have my phone from march this year and 3 days ago i put it on charger. After about 2 hours i took the phone off but it is not responding. It is not charging, i cannot restart it, even the red light is not on. The phone is dead and i do not know what to do now. I contacted the seller, DX but they want me to send video to find out what is wrong with the phone. I do not know what video if the phone is not working. Anybody with similar experiences and solution please?

I forget my UmiDigi S2 phone password, tried Vol(-) and Power button to boot to Factory mode, select the "Clear eMMC", but no response when i pressed the "Power" button.
