Please switch off screen and try disconnect adapter from phone.

Is there a fix for cause just one day that received my Umidigi S2 and noticed that the audio adapter didn't work or even recognised on the device,it's frustrating,,

it persist,,even update  to the latest fIRMWARE...(Either OTA,SP Flash Tool or OTA Recovery)

in the latest firm dont repaired the problem of headphones, Im going to sold the phone by this problem because I see that Umidigi dont repair the problem

I have the same problem. When I use the USB-C to 3,5 mm adapter, I always have to restart the phone, when I want to use the phone without headphones

I've now bought three different cables, but none of them allow charging and listening to the headphones at the same time  :-(
