Hi,
i have problem with camera front and rear on my Z1 new, the photos are not clear and it is very  ...

this is an example of bad photos, please i want support from Umidigi service.

Please clean lens, and test camera in day light. Also please focus manually with touching screen in different places.

Please follow teardown from YouTube.
You can clean camera glass and place small piece of double side tape between frame and screen glass to stop getting dust there.
If you won't open phone, you can also blow compressed air (same as you can get for keyboards cleaning) in to left corner of receiver grill.

Umidigi Z1 not supporting music or voice through to USB.
This feature is only used at Umidigi S2, S2 lite and S2 Pro

the problem is not the camera but the bad software, in fact the video recording is perfect.
