But obviously i just cant keep my phone for charging for nearly half a day i.e 7-8hrs(Time taken to charge by different charger). I use company provided charger, it takes usually 3 hrs to charge.
Electric shock problem wasnt earlier and being the phone under warranty i am eligible for the repair but Dx.com is refusing to help in that matter!

I fully understand your explanation but you need understand that the USB cable is not warrantible item. Please test fast charger with different USB cable and if everything working correctly please buy new one (if you want of course).
Otherwise please read correctly your seller warranty roles and then contact the seller with full explanation of your problem and with found issues and ask for solution.

Actually i have bought 2 cell phones, both from DX.com.And having different issues with both the phones!
For 1 cell phone, Seller(DX.com) is charged me 47$ (As repair charges) despite of the phone being in warranty period which is just not acceptable as if i have to pay even for the repairs then what is the warranty for?
For second phone(Which i am referring here) i am straight away provided with the link to contact the manufacturer i.e UMIDIGI , So please help me in both the things.
1. How can seller charge me 47$ despite of phone being under warranty? its totally unlawful and unethical as well.
2. For electric shock thing nor UMIDIGI nor DX.com is able to help. Just a question, incase of any casualty(Blast or severe Electric shock or anything) who will be held  responsible UMIDIGI or Dx.com? as i am just fedup

As you know, seller is taking full responsibility of warranty. He need provide solution for you as repair, replace or refund but you need return your device for inspection to seller. I don't know why they asking for some money but you should ask them for this.

As I said already, fast charging needs creat more heat, this is nothing unusual. Battery temperature could increase upto around 35°C but charging chip up to 45°C which is quite normal. Of course if you will be using phone under fast charging temperature can increase and if rich certain level then system will reduce charging current to reduce charging temperature if this doesn't help then will reduce charging voltage also.

You need read seller warranty roles. Probably he charged you for shipping fees.
I don't know what type of electrical shock you can experience from 3,7V battery (battery voltage is between 3,4 to 4.35V)
