I have a problem, my crystal 4gb only charges up to 86% battery. I can not load 100%. I have tried different chargers. I have also tried to calibrate the battery. Any Suggestions?

\n\nA bit off-topic, but have to do with the battery: does the phone really support fast charging? Adapter that came with the phone is 5V/1A, but many sites are claiming fast charging is supported. I have couple of fast chargers (2A and 2.5A), but I'm afraid to use them, so I don't damage the phone. How can I be sure if I can use 2A charger? Using the original charger, my first charge needed 2,5 hours to be fully completed (0-100%). IMHO, that's not acceptable for a late 2017 phone in this price range. Thanks.

In this price range not too many phones supporting fast charging. Umi Crystal not supporting fast charging that why standard charger was supplied with phone.
If you connect more powerful charge but still 5V then nothing change to charging as phone is not able receive more than 1A. Of course higher voltage charger will damage device.

I got my umi crystal. Phone looks nice but battery is disaster !!! 16 houres and die. Sometimes have lags and its not possible unlock it. Must wait. My old quad core with 2 gb was faster with every day usage.
