you know one thing, you lie more than you speak. I had an order from the first second that I could buy in gearbest. I thought I had been lied from gearbest but I realize that from Umidigi the lies come out. Where are those phones you sent on September 30th? No gearbest and stores around the world do not know anything about this phone. Keep going, you're going to run out of buyers for your brand. Can not lie to users

I asked several times on this community when the phone will be available but no answer untill now from any of the Umidigi staff.
I ordered via GearBest on the 18th of September but received nothing until now. They say they don't have stock at first, then they said that my order would be shipped october 10th but they didn't ship anything. After I asked for an explanation they told me they sold out and they will have new stock october 15th (which is a sunday?!) but I don't believe any of this.

Please take care of your (paying!!!) customers. It's US who keep your brand alive, so treat us like you care!!

Vernee mix 2 or xiaomi redmi note 5 are better options.They know how to treat customers.
