Isn't a big difference for me as I use an standard 2A USB charger for Samsung, only an half hour less.
But mine is working still, I used both of the 7.1.1 Roms and it worked, now I'm at the 6.0 last update and it works.
I'm almost sure it's not a matter of software issue but also have to ask:
What is your battery capacity?
Use an app to check it.

Are you sure that it's not a problem related to a random issue by a bad flash?

I did for the first time downgrade for MM 6 rom V3.xx408 in Z Pro... my steps... factory reset > after hard reset wipe cache partition > SPFT (download only) I tested the camera the photos are in real colors, white balance is ok

After testing new factory reset > hard reset wipe cache partition > rom V7.xx605 SPFT (Firware upgrade) > another factory rest, I tested camera I have color photos out of reality I have this wb bug

MM6 x NG7 look on the right side of the photos as it is kind of out of focus, I have this problem I also need to replace module dual Umidigi do not answer me...  finally did the reset procedures for the third time, now reflash rom + SPFT V7xx (download only) I realized that it does not heat more like it used to... Note... I tested it with other apps camera, problem is not in the application
