UMi OS on UMi plus E

If Umi knew,before launch,that the phone wasn't capable of being upgraded to android 7,then the company
should have informed the buying public about it.
As you did not do that,then Umi has defrauded an awful lot of people.
To tell everyone the truth would've hit Umi financially,I get that.however,now the Umi name is
tarnished and buyers are taking their money elsewhere.Umidigi...you only have yourselves to blame.

But this is true that SDK provided by MTK not supporting some of hardware from umi plus E motherboard. We still don't know which part causing such issues.
Of course we still hoping that the engineers find some solution.
I don't know what will happen.
Be honest to you I still didn't find smartphone in market with same specification with Android 7.

You may be right, this not the point.
Who made the motherboard ? Umi. Who chose the components like Soc? Umi. Who said it will have 7.0 . Umi.
Either Umi did not pay enough attention to checking components BEFORE releasing device (or they would have noticed the non compatibility) or they knew it would not be compatible and they cheated us all on purpose.

We don't stopping you to open dispute with seller if was promising update to Android 7. Umi only mentioned that might be option to update to android 7 but this was way before pre-sale. Before pre-sale started this information was removed.
