Good to know that fasboot commands work on emax mini. Some users claimed that they don't. Could you tell us how can you boot your phone into working fastboot mode?

I claimed that on the stock firmware emax mini not understand commands in fastboot. On CM 12.1 understand, On stock - no! I have two emax mini.

That's the official download page that you've linked with the latest versions, so you should use them. Try the apk solution first, and then if that's not effective, the Windows-adb app.

Yes, the Windows version apply the root to phone installing Kingroot 4.5. All done.

When you have ROOT then you can flash TWRP by FLASHIFY App from Playstore

So did anyone actually managed to root the phone? I couldn't, with none of those apps like iroot, kingroot, etc.

Did you check with the 'adb devices' command whther your phone is visible as an adb device? Have you tried the apk version of those root apps?
