Doesn't it have effect if you tap the screen at the focusing area?

No , its stil blurred. Its only clear when i first click the camera button . Then auto focus starts and it goes blurred...

Its very odd. It should be the other way round i think , dont you ?

Maybe the camera of your phone is defective. Normally that takes quite good quality photos.review with sample pics

You should process a full flash upgrade if you haven't done it yet. Your issue is quite unusual but seems to be a software malfunkcion.
