Yes, that plastic cover on the mic might be poorly positioned in your phone too. I don't recommend to remove it but it should be repositioned into the right direction. The part itself is needed to avoid shorts and clicking noise while moving and prevents the mic to gather the sound of the phone's own speaker. So, just removing it can cause new issues.
Removing a sealing sticker from the top of a screw can void the warranty but if you don't find a such thing, then you may remove the back cover without losing the varranty.

Flash now the 1.5 rom with RootJoy but nothing change, the noise in mic continue.

Maybe you have issues with that plastic cover inside.

No, also the sd card do not work, mobile can't read my samsung S4 yes Umi no.

This smartphone are poor quality.

Ok i remove the dirt glue (i don't know what is it) on central plate and now working.

Yesterday the issue back again, first time in the  morning but gone away after removing 2 apps, second time in the afternoon after put inside the headset with microphone.
I think is a software issue.
