However, I find it very annoying that UMIDIGI  raised great expectations with such statements,
which are then not met.

I am considering upgrading from my Hammer S to a UMIDIGI S but am concerned about the UMI OS.
I have seen reports that 3rd party launchers cannot be used (Nova Launcher)
Is this the case?

Yes, I have come across the same problem. It is very unpleasant and restrictive :-(
I would appreciate a clean android.
Umi Os has a lot of work ahead of him. This phone is like iOS, so I can only change the background. Existing themes are for children.

I have a Umidigi S from one week and after three days it stops without any reason. I made factory reset snd the problem persist. For starting the phone I need to push the start button for arpud 10 second. This it happens 3 or 4 times per day. I neef to receve a fedback

My Umidigi S for more than 3 times per day are blocked. The screen remain black and need to be restarted by pushing the start button for 10 seconds. Any of you have the same problem?

Hi,
I can't reproduce your issue, although my test device has been turned on for weeks already. Could you please describe your issue with some more details?
