I don't think that me or Ben will be able help in this case as this is out our control. Please contact through to email and maybe request for tracking number.
How can we be informed if a battery is being sent or it will be sent? After the first Amy's mail I don't have any mail the accepts or rejects my request for battery replacement. In conclusion, I don't know what to expect or if I have anything to expect. Great support!!!!!

More than two weeks after the last contact and no response I received. The post has been closed here in the community, I think most have already given up trying to get a solution to Umi Z's Umi Z problem. Under no pretense this delay in responses is justifiable. Negative point for the Umi. All I have left to do is warn people in my social circle not to make the same mistake I made by buying a cell phone from Umi that does not respect its consumers.
