@Seppe @sebasc182 @Kukubski

PROBLEM IS FIXED! I've forgot that this phone is an 64-bit device, so all the software didn't work ofcourse.
How did i fixed it? normally you can change the IMEI using Engineer mode, CDS Information, Radio Information, and use the command 'AT+EGMR=1,7,¨12345....¨, but then i had the UserBuild error.
But how did it worked? Just place a single space between 'AT' and the '+EGMR=....', so: AT(space)+EGMR=1,7,¨12345....(IMEI)¨
So if anyone gets the same problem, here is the solution!

Many thanks to THIS website

Also many thanks for your support guys!

You solved your problem but probably just until the next factory data reset. Try to process that and let's see whether your IMEI numbers keep stayed or not. If not, than the NVRAM partition has been lost and you need to get a backup downloaded from another phone. Usually I don't recommend that engineer mode command option since that makes changes only on the backup of the NVRAM on the data partition. data\NVRAM is not the NVRAM partition itself, just a copy of that.

Didn't used a tutorial, make sure you have downloaded the SP Flash tool for linux. Also make sure you have 'libusb-dev' installed (sudo apt-get install libusb-dev). unpack flashtool, in terminal, locate to the SP Flash tool folder (example cd /home/[user]/Download/SP_Flash_Tool_*) and use the command 'sudo ./flash_tool' to start SP Flash Tool.
Edit:
Wait, maybe THIS site would help you. I did almost the same thing

I've tried to format (except bootloader) my device again in Flashtool, downloaded the rom again, without the preloader, and the IMEI is still correct. If i don't touch the bootloader/preloader, the IMEI doesn't change.

That's good news. Then SPFT probably no more format the NVRAM area.

The NVRAM is a specific partition. With SP Flash Tool you're able to format the NVRAM partition. If you flash a custom ROM using Rootjoy or a custom ported recovery, nothing will change in the NVRAM, so the IMEI also stay safe. But with SPFT you need to be carefull, because if you format the bootloader, you will delete the IMEI on your phone. And if you download the bootloader again to your phone, you will get an empty IMEI file placed in the NVRAM.

You can use a backup originated from a phone of the same model. The version of firmware doesn't matter. No official places to download NVRAM backups.

Are you sure?
Anyway, you can't change the content of the NVRAM partition from Android, since that's a partition contains binary data without a working file system. MediaTek's MAUI Meta theoretically can do the job in meta mode (that can be initiated from pre-loader mode) but I haven't tested that yet on MT67xx phones.
