Hi Umi,

Thank you for fixing the problem with fast charging. Now is working fine. Please keep in this way with regular updates.
Also I noticed some improvement in battery consumption, over the night when phone is in idle. Now it lost 2% from battery, before this update it was 7-10% from battery.

I think Umidigi is trying to do the best to become a serious company. Why I am telling this: because I had a screen problem with my Umi Plus(after a few months of using the phone, a very visible yellow tint has appeared on the screen). I sent the phone to the warranty(iHunt Technology in Romania) and after one week the phone was fixed. Screen was replaced with a new one. Now is better.

Please continue with software support and regular updates.

Hello,

Is it now upgrading from version 6 to 7?.. Reading through the posts on previous upgraded ROM's there appeared to me more problems than upgrades. Hopefully this is more stable version worth upgrading from 7 to version 7?. thanks

If upgrading with the flash tool, will I loose my data , apps installed , settings and contacts etc...

If you update just an earlier Android 7.0 version with SP Flash Tool, you may uncheck the userdata partition to keep your user data.

Hi,
Such an issue is not generally known about this model. Did you try to connect to different Wi-Fi networks?

Hi!

I have upgraded to this version and don´t have any issues with wifi or bluetooth anymore. Bluetooth seems much more stable, my smartwaches don´t disconnect all the time. And I haven´t had any disconnect from wifi since the upgrade.

Screen touch is somewhat more insensitive that I´m used to, but that can be a fix for the phone turning on in the pocket all the time.

I used the SPFT method of flashing so I started clean.

With this version GPS doesn't work proper, not possible to navigate with this phone.

Bluetooth frequently get disconnected.

That's a pitty, the devices are not so bad, but as usual most of such companies are not able to make proper software.

Yeah I personally experienced exactly the same issue with my Plus E, about every time it is in my pocket. And other people too.
As it is hopeless to expect any support from umidigi, best thing to do is to deactivate fingerprint sensor.
Or at least to delete all fingerprints recorded except one, in order to limit risks of random unlocking while in a pocket.

Thanks for the corrections, keep doing them.

But I have 4 problems:
1- the black screen has not been resolved, if I reboot or turn the power off and on, it will have the black screen and only come back when it suits well after turning it off and on a few times. I can not let my PLUS download at all, if I do not have to pray to get the screen back on after a long time.
2- the screen does not go off by itself, I have to lock the phone every time after use, because the screen stays on until I lock and the waiting time is set correctly, 30 seconds, I did not change any configuration after updating Plus V3.02_20170412 for Plus V3.02_20170613.
3- My S Cover (the cover that closes and a clock appears on the cut in a circle of the cover) came after I made the update for Plus V3.02_20170613 and it is not working, in the settings the analog clock is selected and when I close the cover Does not work, maybe due to error 2 that the screen does not go off by itself.
4- GPS bad to fix, it takes a lot and inside the car I have to put in the panel to be able to locate.

Not to mention that I only complain, the battery has improved the consumption and the fast charging is working. Previously I never had problem with WiFi and Bluetooth, working normally.

I did the upgrade via OTA over WiFi and when I rebooted the update was done, but I stayed with black screen, I stayed 2 days until I get the screen again, which only comes back after turning off and on several times.
