It seems like the system configuration of the simcards manage to create a power ocilation that can bring problems to wifi/bluetooth and flash...
If you have problems related to wifi/bluetooth/camera and (maybe) softreboots try booting your phone only with one SIM or setting DATA, SMS and VOICE to the same SIM.

I do not have any of the problems you describe, but I have others:

- bluetooth that has difficulty recognizing devices for pairing and those already paired sometimes connect or not at all for some

- the camera that has a HDR too bright (still not corrected since Android 6.0

- the fast charging Pump Express Plus totally non-existent (with the original charger, in 10 mn it charges 8%)

I have a sim card (+ 1 SD card) and it does not change the bluetooth and the flash. To take good photos, I have to activate the flash AND the super night, except that it takes more time to make a picture and above all it is not necessary that the subject moves. If I activate the HDR, it records faster, BUT the picture becomes too bright

One more thing, the phone used to charge  relatively fast, but now it's too slow... It was plugged all night and was only 88% in the morning?

I have almost none of the reported problems except the battery consumption and a strange overheating... that problems that exist since bought...
I find it strange is not to have a low battery sound below 15%.... has anyone stopped having it?

The number one in bug : No connection for internet in 4G or 3G mode..
For me it's critical...
