Dime dónde te he ofendido? Por el contrario, si no entiendes inglés no es mi problema. Si te gusta el teléfono como está, se queda con el Android 6 en un "ferrari" ni debiste haber abierto este tema.

so do we will receive an upgrade to 7.x or not ?

Dear Users,

The developers say that, the motherboard of UMi Plus E is not compatible with Anodroid 7. I'm trying to discover which part on the motherboard (since that itself is just a container of multiple parts) causes the compatibility issue. Just to mention, for that BV8000 Pro an Android 7 ROM is still not available for download.
We had a such issue with UMi eMax in the past when the android 5.0 upgrade couldn't be released (that was really promised in advanced) since a lollipop compatible driver for the back camera was not available.
Starting with UMi Super, all earlier and later UMI(DIGI) smartphones with MT67xx SoC have received the Anodroid 7 upgrade. The Plus E is the only exception, so you can guess, it's not about laziness or incapability. If anyhow a fully working Nougat ROM is possible to be released, that will happen. However, don't expect to release a not fully working ROM, every single part has to reach full compatibility for an official ROM release.

These excuses are already ridiculous. Until yesterday, there were DDR4 memory, now the motherboard is guilty. Finally, it turns out that this phone package is responsible for the lack of updates to Android 7.0. Or so say the truth, that UMI it is not profitable to update this phone, because they soldLittle number of pieces  PLUS E. This is not the first time UMI has cheated   customers in a very ugly way.
