Vai à seção rom neste fórum e faz e baixa a ota. Mete no cartão e depois faz a instalação manual. (Não te aconselho porque o Android 7 está cheio de bugs).
Go to the rom section in this forum download the ota and make a manual install. (I would advise it cause Android 7 is buggy)

U12 You are exactly right. No fingerprint problems before the October upate so its a software problem. I have deleted and redid finger prints. Problem persists. Umi can do their usual bury their head in the sand but we are your customers and deserve better. Just fix the damn thing! Had enough of your excuses!
How do i get the 6.0 back again! I really need the fast cgarging that worked perfectly and now i`dosent. Please help. I upgraded via FOTA beacuse if UMI says it is so good that they can realese it there then i thougt that thats the way to go like i have done everytime before, or can a complete restore of the phone solve it?
I know this aint news but all i find is people asking and no one anwering about it.
P.s Before this the phone work almost perfect except for the camera that are crap if u dont every time self manageing the functions.
