Tomastec, they perfectly knows that the suggested process is completely absurd and more expensive for us and for them, exacly as they are perfectly already aware that for this reason nobody will affort this nonsense procedure to obtain a replacement (of a GPS defective phone) or a refund (maybe).

Device needs to be return for inspection same as in any other brand to service centres. Can you imagine how many users wish too get spare device for free, or how many physically damaged they devices and still wish too get free replacement.

That's not our problem. How your colleague said to us, max. 70 bricked phones are known with the OTA update. From this 70 devices have some, for example from Europe/Germany, no possibility to send them back to China, maybe 10 or 20? You ignore that!

What is your problem man? If you sell mobile phones, you have a responsabillity against the customers.  You can call it CUSTOMER SERVICE.

But the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE is not known in your company!

Every time the same blablabla from your side. A really shame!

I can't hear your crying anymore!

I have been talking with the shop for a months... they told me three times to go a to local repair shop!! after they told to make a factory data reset to the phone!!!
Then they ask me to send 40 dollars and they will send me a new phone!!
And now its generous offer is give me 10 f*** dollars and big discount for my next order!!!
I think this IS NOT SERIOUS!!
I want my money back NOW....I want a refund and I will forget I bought a UMI phone and will never ever again buy any phone from you.
