I'd still recommend staying at A6 - Even if latest attempt at A7 for UMi Super isn't all that bad, some things (like quick charge, power consumption in general and battery consumption with BT on in particular) are still annoyances. Pretty much the only new (visible) feature is split screen, but how much use that is to you is up to you - I've personally used it once, just to try it.
cons update:
- GPS works but not stable it disconnects continually and needs a lot of time to reconnect
- direct wife doesn't work , you can pair but you cannot send or receive anything
- battery drains thanks to fix this and good luck
Hello people i notice, a malfunctioning on my fingerprint sensor so i decide to off the sensor and since then my battery have been great. so people let us join together on this by offing the sensor and share what most of us notice in our different umi super phones.
Hello menbers ,here some good news
Andoid O is on the way and will be 2 times faster as android 7 with teh same specs !!! also boottime will be 2 tiimes faster as on android 7.
So maybe it will make sence to whait to buy a new phone untill Umidigi phones will be available with android O out of the box.
Now this news came out i think it will make no sence to put so much work and effort on android 7 and in my opinion a waste of time
because android 7 does not add any funtionallity
Imagine a Umidigi flagship that will be 2 times faster then it is now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Buying a new phone at the moment without the promise it will be upgraded to android O in the future will make no sence as android O will be twice as fast. imagine a phone like a Umidigi Z pro that will be twice as fast as it is now ,almost unbelievable ! but true
The devs are working on the solution. Please be patient, the update fixing the fast charging issue will be released as soon as possible.
