You probably didn't read the flash tool tutorial (or didn't care about the warnings in that), and flashed your phone in format all + download mode. As a result you've lost your original IMEI numbers and the fingerprint scanner. Read the flash tool tutorial, then visit the following page: http://community.umidigi.com/thread-16951-1-1.html

Hey,Maybe you can help me now with another new bug...
When i'm charging my phone, my microphone doesn't work. There is just an annoying noise. It is just when i'm charging my phone, otherwise the microphone quality is very good!
