Same here. I've ordered a new battery. only 15 GBP from Aliexpress. Easy to replace. Not bothering with Umidigi.

Elle est dans une boite exprès pour l'instant, je vais bientôt aller au parc a conteneur, mais logiquement une batterie n'est pas censé péter

Hallo mein   Umi Z leider hat den Geist aufgegeben.
Man kann ihn niche einschalten und nicht aufladen.
Beim aufladen wird das Akku sehr heiss.
Was soll ich tun. Ich habe es seit Juni 2017.

Ich rate Dir kauf dir nie mehr ein UMI Handy. Der letzte Schrott!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Zur Not kannst es dir bei Aliexpress bestellen, jedoch um die Batterie zu verwenden und deine Daten auf ein anderes Smartphone zu übertragen.

Hello,

The battery of my umi Z has inflated, the bottom shell is no longer inserted in the top part.
It is disconnected from the side of the buttons on the lateral side.
View the attached photos. Also view the movies where it is shown my adress of proof of genuine videos.

UmiZ order date at dealextreme : 23/02/2017

For now, I see other side effects :
- blueish zone on the screen. Lightly seen on the second video.
-  less reliable 4G data. I often have to reboot to have 4G data back
- the oval piece on the camera and focus zone has fallen.


So please, give me a warranty and send me either a new phone or a new battery.

I asked Dealxtreme many many times to fix the problem, but at the end they say you have to take the warranty in account.

Definitely immediately you should stop using and charging your phone.
Also I recommend open phone and remove battery as if you have any type of battery defect battery constantly will inflate and damaged other components.

I purchased phone from DX.com and dx is asking me to send phone back , Where as I will be happy to get replaced battery can you please assist in getting same.
DX don't have option to take replacement request.
