Currently the 8.1 upgrade is expected to be released in September.

Did you perform a factory data reset from recovery? Otherwise please share a screenshot/photo of that screen where your phone gets stuck.

Initially the phone hang up. I did factory reset and noticed phone is restarting automatically.
Then I tried to download the latest ROM with SP flash tool.
After flashing phone is not starting and stuck with logo screen only.
I tried to install the custom ROM LineageOS 14.1. After this phone is starting but not detecting any sim card etc.
Again I tried to downgrade the official ROM V1.0_20180303, but facing same issue as phone is not starting and  getting stuck in logo screen.
What is the solution as I am frustrated.
Please advice.
