I did run out of battery, but the problem is that it has damaged the phone now. The display folded and the hardware part went off. I asked TomTop if there was assistance in Europe, they told me no. I asked some nearby care shops where I live, but nothing they know about this brand. It costs me more to send the phone back and buy another. I do not want to remove the battery, because you might say it was tampered with. I think Umidigi's best bet is to return the money, or to repurchase the credibility of sending me a new phone. Surely it is not a good advertisement
