HI, I am another unhappy user/owner of this beautiful phone with flagship hardware. I can report the same issues as many other of you. After power on error message "sim processor", reboot 5-6 times a day, sometimes it is 2-3 times in hour. The first think I did after unpacking the device  I did OTA update to Android 7.1.1, many random reboots. After one week of using I did a re-flash with SP tool with NO!!! success. For those who does not know what is RANDOM reboot - my phone reboots in this cases: SMS received, incoming call, dialing number(call), starting bluetooth connection, starting GPS navigation, during playing music, during making photo, switching from 4G to 3G or back or to EDGE, simply RANDOM means RANDOM. What I was surprised often it was not system reboot, but only SIM card login. I checked right location of my SIM card, I cleaned the SIM card, but with NO success. I hope all of reported issues are only software based and NOT hardware based issues. Fingers cross to have new update as soon as possible.

I have never thought that a device with such good features could be so bad on software ... It does not even have its own firmware...

The device is getting very hot, and when it's hot, the status bar is constantly trying to look at itself. Sometimes the device does not read the fingerprint and goes to the other password screen and it can open the screen when you scroll up that screen. And all this started to happen after the Android 7.1.1 update.

Hi Guys,

had several issues with Android 6, updated OTA to 7 and had a lot of the random reboots described by everyone else.
Tried factory reset from the menu with no luck.
Yesterday I did a full flash with the tool (selected everything, format all and download) and then I DID NOT restore apps and setting, but I set up the phone as a "new phone".
So far i didn't have even one reboot, and all of the features seem ok.
I was also afraid there is a problem with the hardware, but it seems to be software (upgrade if you are lucky) related.
For those that haven't tried it yet, just backup as much as you can (SMS with an app, media to google photos, etc) and then do the tool reflash, 100% complete, and then set it up as a new phone. I wasn't really hoping for much, but it looks like it solved the problem for me.

I 'll report back if the phone starts acting up again.
