Perform factory reset and if not help use SPFT and flash complete ROM.

but if i try with supersu? i mean, open supersu app, and then full unroot.....seems a simple way to unroot, but it will be safe? or erase data or cause other problems?

Definitely factory reset will return device to factory state which should help errors place in system during rooting.

I wanted to do things for good, to avoid problems in the future, so I did as you had suggested, that is: I flashed the full ROM (format + download mode), then I put the imei that had been deleted, and then a reset of factory

I thought it was difficult, but with the tutorials it is simple
