Please perform full factory reset.
If doesn't help you need use SPFT and flash complete ROM with firmware upgrade.

You can try to do the followings:

• Perform a full flash format without the bootloader with SP Flash Tool - You will lose your IMEI numbers
  
• Flash the latest ROM with SPFT
• Recover your original IMEI with SN Writer Tool
  

If your issue still persits, then your phone should be cheked by a skilled repairman since you might have a hardware defection. Before that, I recommend to test your phone at different places and with SIM cards of different carriers to rule out the possibility of a specific place, carrier or SIM card related issue.

thx for the fast answer , i will try it and give you a feedback
what i have try in this rom "after reboot your phone, check the new IMEI numbers by dialing *#06#" than comes an error...not corect, i hope only that the imei its the problem

You're welcome.
If that's the case, then first try to just recover your IMEI numbers, the same ones as on your box label.

You can make it with the SN Writer Tool

This rom is with bugs in the touch without sensibility the applications continue stopping.
