In this thread are some people with tihs problem and in the new thread by the guy from us.
User nctran moved back to 6.0 because of this problem.

\n\nI have the same Problem like UFO. I am from germany and did the Update via OTA. I didn´t go back to Android 6 by now, had some other issues with that Version as well. My Android Version is UMIDIGI Z.V7.01_20170601_20170601-0845

Maybe there is a problem with the network unit, so the driver for this is corrupted since the update? It is some sort of strange, that basically the connection via mobile works, but not after you had been connected to a wifi. Looks like some sort of programming error. Maybe the unit just blocks away the Mobile Connection because it "Thinks" its still connected to a Wifi or waits for establishing a new Connection, rather than using mobile data.

@bluebucks,yes i also think there's a Problem with driver or faulty programming. By the way after reboot did you also get message sim processor problem?
And no a clean flash with all data loss did not help.
Think we have to wait for UMI to fix this strange behaviour.

Hello im also from germany.
I have this issue too. But for me it appeared also on 6.0 and i can use mobile data after i enable and disable flight mode.
So i guess we have enough ppl here with this issue to investigate it. Besides that battery live could be much better.

Yeah, I also get the Sim Processor Message after rebooting. I could imagine, that this Process is checking what sim cards are used and gathers the information about the Provider and stuff. Maybe needed especially for the usage of Dual Sim, which I dont use ^^. I really hope that there will be a solution from UMI, as well.

It shows me too "sim processor", what does that mean ?

I've got the mobile data problem after the Nougat update, too. After using Wi-Fi connection the phone won't switch back to mobile data. I need to switch Wi-Fi completely of on the phone and reboot.

- changing to a new APN didn't help
- flashing Nougat again to the phone didn't help
-taking the SIM card out of the phone to reset the connection didn't help

From time to time the "SIM Processor" sign pops up on my phone, too.

Please test your phone with an other SIM card. Always replace the SIM card when your phone is turned off.

The battery Life is better on my phone now, When I use Amazon Music in the Morning I listen to music for about half an hour. With Android 6 I lost at least 4-5% Battery. Now I Only lose 1-2% in the same time. So Far everything else is working great, the GPS sensor works way more efficient than before, even though I dont know how this can be a software solution. The only Problems I have are with this network module, like many others have too.
It´s pretty suspicious, how all of the affected people come from Germany and have t-mobile as service provider.
