Hi, I have bought UMIDIGI ONE PRO and till now everything is fine. I have just installed "Wake Up" to let the notifications switch on the display. One problem I have is the very weak vibration strength. Is it possible to change? does anyone have tried to root the phone and install applications like "Vibration Config"? thanks

@MarcinP @bencebacsi
Can the Admin and/or Moderator confirm that the problem with apps not starting after reboot has been notified to the developers?

I also have the same problem with my smartwatch (Fossil Founder 2.0) as reported by MaxxOn. The watch is properly connected to the phone, but no notification are shown on the watch, but on the phone. The android wear app complains about problems with synchronisation of the notifications. I used the same settings on an Xiaomi Mi A1 and had no problems in receiving notifications.

I bought my Umidigi One several days ago. It is working fine so far. Unfortunately I cannot find a way to force the camera to make a noise if I take a photo. I installed another camera app which offers a selection of noises. But this app didn't make a noise too. Is there a trick to "convince" the camera to make a noise if i take a photo?

Hi,
Unfortunately shutter sound is not activated in stock camera app. Maybe in next updates this will be added.

Please check in settings do you have dura speed activate or deactivate.

Comments

Yes, I checked it. dura speed is deactivated.  Post time 2018-10-11 03:17
@MarcinP How many times does it have to be said - deactivating DuraSpeed does not fix the notifications issue. The problem is caused by the system not launching apps after a phone reboot/restart.  Post time 2018-10-10 19:18

Have a One Pro a week now. Also have some of the same issues.

- Using a Qi charger, including the Q1, causes the screen digitizer to go erratic. Turning off the screen and turning back on will cure the issue.
- Wireless charging seems erratic. Sometimes the phone gets hot, but hasn't charged (Umidigi Q1 using the power supply from the One Pro)
- NFC works fine, but does not remember its state. It's off on every boot.
- Notification area either side of the notch seems to be using some sort of overlay and cannot be customized. Actual notification icons from Gmail, Facebook, SMS messages etc, do not appear here. IMHO it's more important to have these icons than a clock.
- Notification LED cannot be customized. Blue flash every three seconds, regardless of the app.
- Apps not starting on boot (so no notification LED either!)
- Volume on earpiece is way too low. Can barely hear calls.

I have been using Umidigi One for about a month and I have encountered the following problems:
- Apps not starting on boot. (To be resolved urgently)
- The notification LED can not be customized (color and frequency) in the apps that would allow it. Only the blue LED works with repetition every 3 seconds.
- The presence of the notch display limits the amount of notification icons to the clock only, battery indicator, network status for each sim. Several immediate information  as the percentage of the battery, the icons of notification of Whatsapp, Telegram, emails and  of other apps, on this smarphone are not viewable. It would be useful to be able to customize the icons or, better still, to allow a user to be able to enable a second notification bar under the one already present to allow the display of these other notifications.
