I'm afraid your case cannot be investigated remotely. It's most probably a software related bug, so I recommend you to flash this ROM with SP Flash Tool in firmware upgrade mode to get a fresh an clean installation of the sístem software. That's even simpler then check each setting and app one by one.
Is there any hope to see Slow motion video implemented in next OTA, or is it already?

MediaTek processors supports video recording up to 30fps, so real slow motion is not possible. You can try to use Slow Motion Video FX for example.That's a question what makes the bokeh effect real. You can expect some improvements in the future.
I'm having issues with 5GHz wifi on this ROM. 2.4GHz works fine but on 5 it shows as connected but data transfer will drop out for at least a minute at a time every 5 minutes or so.
