Personally I saw in a group that the battery of the BLU PURE XL works perfectly in the umi z. I can not guarantee it, because it's not easy to find this model in my country. If you are comfortable with this model, test it and leave it as the result. I hope it really works so we do not become dependent on UMIDIGI.

I have received an answer too (after a week or so). To contact my seller instead. What I was doing, but left since the prodicer seemed to take care himself.
Well, now I have send it to the seller, who will most probably ressend it to the Umi. Almost a month lost, the seller says it would take another 2-3 months... I am ordering a new phone meanwhile, roughtly at the price of the couriers I am going to pay for the repair process. It won't be an UMI.

Bencebacsi, meu dispositivo também é defeituoso, mas não sei se é um problema na bateria, criei um vídeo no youtube (https://youtu.be/6_DBmli9UaM) para mostrar o defeito, eu gostaria de informá-lo Se a substituição da bateria resolveria meu problema também? Eu tentei reinstalar o Android no SPflash, mas como o dispositivo liga e desliga sem parar o programa não reconhece o telefone, você poderia me informar se é uma placa-mãe, software, bateria ou outro problema?

Phone owners will try anything if a company like Umidigi doesn't solve their issues and service their customers. Seems easy for you to respond to this but no response from you yet regarding the Umi C Note battery as replacement for the Umi Z one. You say it doesn't fit while you've put up the special rom yourself on the forum... http://community.umidigi.com/thread-8488-1-1.html
Almost 2 weeks after my first email and still nothing substantial has changed....No tracking, no answers, no shipment, no battery, no service

In fact on would just like to have some information:

Are the batteries already shipped?
Is there a tracking number?

You can perhaps make a simple picture of your stock of UMI Z Battery, to calm the crowd? : D

Hi,
In your video you didn't use the original stock (red color) USB type-C cable. First please use the stock cable and let your phone to be on charger for an hour before pressing any button.

The ROM that you linked here has been removed from the ROM page, so I don't know why you refer to it. It's not valid anymore, the C Note battery has a different motherboard connector, so you can't use it without applying modifications. That's not recommended, of course.
As far as I know, already 2/3 of the requesting messages has been replied already and shipping of the batteries is in progress. All users will receive the tracking numbers as soon as they are available. As I told you earlier, due to the many request, the processing time might be longer in the first period of this program since our human resources are limited. We apologize and ask you to be patient.

The batteries are being shipped and every user will receive the tracking number as soon as it's available.
UMIDIGI's warehouse is located in Hong Kong while the sales/marketing office is in Shenzhen, so the batteries will be shipped from HK and we can't share any photos, especially not me from here in Europe.
