If u have TWRP installed, you have to remove it by installing original ROM. There is thread at this forum, how to do it.

TWRP Is alternative recovery partition. OTA doesn't work if you have it. But this is probably not your case. Sorry for confusion.

When it has downloaded and I try to install it or says that it's unzipping please do not disturb then a out a minute later it says it's failed and I have to download and try again

I have tried 3 different makes/models now and all cut the call as the call is answered making the phone unusable on a Bluetooth headset.

Thanks for the update to Android 7. At the moment everything seems to be working fine, except........... after the update I connected my Umi Z with the USB cable to my Windows10 laptop but it wasn't recognized by the laptop. It does not show up in the explorer. No message coming from the phone either.
Please help! I need to transfer alot of photos
