Hello,

Please I need help, because by mistake in updating the phone with SP_ Flash_tool I selected Format all + Download ...
Now it doesn't turn on anymore and I can't restore the firmware because I can't access the "download mode" and connecting it as it is SP tool can't download the firmware, only the red bar starts and stops with this error:

I have used the correct firmware for my Umidigi A9 Pro 6GB Ram /128GB Rom

Auto solved! Today I have tried again and it worked!
Now I have to restore the IMEI and so on....

Yes, in some way Win10 recognize the phone.I have connected the phone once started the download, and keeped pressed for about 10 seconds the "power on " button....
But after installing (downloaded) the ROM, the phone do not works anyway, is in a boot loop.... I have tried many times to load the rom but never works....

Note:
once the SP-flash have flashed the ROM, I have to reboot win10 to let it works agin for a second flash...

plug the usb cable then press Power+volup, maintain it for a  ...

i finished this process already and got the check mark, but why my power3 still dont turn on!? the umidigi just shows up then suddenly turns off !!!!! whyyyy

Probably a defective battery that needs to be replaced.

Bencebacsi, could you help me to understand why after many trials to download in the phone the firmware, the phone do not boot, and go in a boot loop?
I have followed the instruction of the post where the firmware can be downloaded, and other from internet, bat nothing....

Tried with both the Umidigi A9 pro firmware (2020 and 2021 version), and with the 2020 worked with the format+download function. Than I have restored the Google and IMEI codes. verified that all seems to works, switched it off an put in his box.
