I sent the first email choosing the option 2 (battery replacement) on 23/6/2017.
Amy from UMIDIGI came back on 27/6/2017 with (as far as I understand) a typical email requesting information (phone's photos and contact information) that I had already sent and moreover a record regarding my communication with the seller.
I responded the same day and I am still waiting for an answer. To be honest, I am concerned about all this handling.

I received a reply from umi's mail, I was asked to refuse the seller to take care of the problem, my problem is that banggood asks me to send the phone assuming all Chinese shipping and customs costs, that's something I'm not willing to Tolerate, the cost could be high and as a final result will be without phone, phone cost and shipping cost, I will not take that risk.

In addition the battery has bloated to its maximum and I had to open the phone so it would not be damaged, remove the screws and the back cover jump, it is embarrassing.

So at this moment I'm stuck in a dead end, I will not receive any battery by umi or banggood, and I can not buy a spare either.

This is a bad case.

i will also send an email to amy ,but i cannot find any post in the Internet where someone writes that he/she get an umi z battery replaced

In the midst of so many people who sent the email to UMIDIGI to solve the problem, only two people received the answer, and yet it does not match the proposal of what was done to perform the battery change.
Besides the workforce being focused on one person, it does not have the specific training for the subject.
What I'm noticing is an automatic response to gain time.
If you can not provide the appropriate support, put the battery to sell on aliexpress, at least we will be able to repair our devices without depending on the UMIDIGI support.

I sent email on 22nd, got first reply within a few hours. On 27th I received an additional mail, asking for my phone number, since they need it for shipment information.
I applied for option 2, battery replacement by myself.

Yes, they're trying to gain time and I think the only issue is that there are no replacement batteries.

Precisamos de respostas não podemos ficar sem nossos telefones, se ao menos tivesse baterias para comprar ja era alguma coisa!!! mais nem isso...

Nope...No tracking so far.
I've also asked if they are sending a new and safe battery...not answered either.
