phone does not detect sim cards [SOLVED]

Hi all,

I just purchased new c note today I tried to cinfigured it. but some how it does not detect both the sims. I tried with bsnl and idea.

Appriciate any help.

Hi
Please perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
Then go to settings - about phone - wireless update and check for updates.
Also make sure you inserting correctly Sim car. Please try only with one firstly.

I did that and mobile detected the simcards. But when I restart the device, It does not detect the simcards.

So there could be error in Sim card or device software.
Please try different Sim card.
Also you can try flash your phone with SPFT
