Problem - don't have button "ok" to accept the SIM CARD - SOLVED

Hello my friends,Yesterday I received the new mobile umidigi note C, and I put the SIM card number, but the "OK" button does not appear to accept the code. It's the first time I see something like that. Help me please!I rebooted the phone to the default settings, and it does the same ... Thanks for everything.

Currently engineers working to fix this know issue.
Please place your sim card in to different phone and remove sim card pin.
Then swap to c note.
