After the last update 20170411 my device started to hang up or hang alone. I do not know if it was coincidence or not, but just put the phone in your pocket, walk 30 meters that when I go to pick up the device is already turned off or locked. Just come back after holding the power button for 10 seconds. In the pocket always happens. Sometimes on the table, when I get it, it happens too. I decided to go back to the previous update 20170318, thinking that the problem would be solved, but unfortunately it did not improve at all. I wonder what else I can do to fix the problem?

You should perform factory reset after last update. So please update through to OTA and perform factory reset or use SPFT and flash phone with all partitions checked

I restored it to factory mode and re-installed version 20171318 using SPFT version 5.1708. I used FORMAT ALL + DOWNLOAD mode. Unfortunately the problem persists. If I am using the appliance, it works normally. If I stop using and the screen erases or I turn off the screen, then when I use it again, it is already locked with the screen off or off.

Is there anything else I can do to try to solve the problem?

Please go to factory or recovery mode and clear /wipe cache, eMMC or perform factory reset.
To get to factory mode (switch off phone hold power and volume down wait around 10 seconds then use volume up/down to highlight option and use home button to confirm)
Recovery is the same only you need change to power and volume up

Edited by cafemu at 2017-5-7 06:32 \n\nMarcinP,

I follow your instructions, reset to factory mode, wipe eMMC, and later Flash ROM 20171211 again, but the problem persist. Keep turning it off by yourself and sometimes turn it on again.

I do not know what else to do.
And using recovery mode, nothing appears, no option. Just the android symbol with exclamation and reboot alone fter 1 or 2 minutes on normal mode.

Check partition doesn't mean that you need checking partitions this is mean to highlight partitions to make sure you flash everyone. Exactly the same as you have in this tutorial. Simply follow step by step

Just tell me again what exactly happened with your phone. Do this happened suddenly or after update or flash etc.
