GPS not working anymore

I doesn`t get gps fix since 1 week ago.

I tried ygps. agps and different gps tools.
My impression is that this is a hardware problem.

I don`t know whether this article is the gps antenna:

I have still garanty on my umi touch.

I would like to know how to go for sure that it is hardware and not software related. Any hints welcome !

Before sending it back to china I would like to be sure that there is no software problem responsible for the disfunction.

Are there other umi touch users who have resoved the problem by themselves ?

Iv never had sutch a problem, i have the phone for about 1,5 years now.
I suggest you reset it from factory, some apps that where installed on the device might cause the problems you are experiencing.
If that is not helping, you can download MTK engineer, it's an app that let's you play with the unlocked chipset that we get from this chinaphones, you might be able to access something there or reset some stuff.
