Umi Digi Z Wifi, location and mobile service problems

Yesterday my Umi Digi Z has been delivered but im havingproblems with my Phone. (order AN17D07K3732-FS5JGE) The Wifi, location andmobile service especially when i activate the WIFI, it deactivate within 30seconds automaticaaly. The same with location. It automatticaly activate andwhen i want to shut it down, it activate itself again. The same with my mobileservice. When i shut it down it activate itself again. Can someone help me withthis problem? Because this is not normal.

Please help me find a solution.

you have to configure the battery savings profile to not disable the wifi and location in the last battery profile which is customizable.

Mark U ordered the phone from tomtop right?
Mine is ordered from tomtop and it was dispatched on 30th March. But I still have not received it and cannot track any information using the post tracking code given. Tomtop sucks n they use singapore post ,which known for its slow delivery :-(  Hope it wont take a few month
