Umidigi Z Pro Firmware update problems

Hi all, i just buyed an Umidigi Z Pro few days ago and i got a firmware update today that got a big problem. After this update like 90% of screen is flashing every time and with every app open or not. I'm pretty sure that is a firmware problem because that happened after that update. The firmware version is v 3.01_20170321

Anyone know how to fix this? Without reset the phone if possible. thx for help

Hi,
The V3.01_20170321 update itself doesn't cause such issues, so something probably went wrong with your update process.
The flash tool version of this updated ROM is already available. If you want to keep your user data, I suggest you to flash all partitions except the userdata (the last one in the list must be unchecked) with SP Flash Tool.

thx for answer. badly i tryed that solution but is not working. i also tryed another way to root the phone goin into boot mode clicking power button and volume up button but when i select the recovery mode it says no command available is there a way to rollback the firmware update to factory data?

So as you saying that everything was fine on last firmware I would advice you to flash with previous firmware.

I will try it but i have a question. flashing it with these tools do will keep my warranty?

By Umidigi,  warranty can't be void due to flashing or updating process. But please don't forget that every seller have his own roles. I would no inform seller that I flashed phone.

Ok ty. anyway i'm trying to use SPFT but that program seems not working. After i run SPFT and select firmware upgrade nothing happened is already 1h stuck there...

Nothing happens after adding scatter file, pressing download and connecting switched off phone to computer?
Which (Windows) system you using?

no nothing happened. i'm using win 7 64 bit. my pc sees the phone when i connect it turned off so connections should be ok but with SPFT nothing happened.
