fota update wont reboot on umi super

hi i'v tried multiple times to complete this wireless update fota on my umi super, and i keep getting stuck on the reboot part . i have left it sitting for a hour and come back and it is still stuck there . please help any advice will be appreciated

You definitely need perform factory reset before doing this firmware upgrade (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
