Anybody had to purchase any replacement parts sofar?
Had my phone about a week but dropped it this morning. I didn't drop it on the screen (so was hopeful it was ok) but it landed on the metal corner and has shattered the glass in that corner.
The digitizer seems to be working most of the time, but a few of the on screen buttons keep pressing, or it keeps knocking me back screens randomly.
Wouldn't mind either getting it fixed by UMI (if they will do so) or getting a replacement screen and doing it myself.
I would be greatful of any help..!

Regards
Colly

Did you managed to fix your phone? I dropped my phone on corner today and I wonder how hard it is to replace the screen.

You don't have loudspeaker, receiver sounds, microphone and flash not working too!!!!
This could be anything but flash is only connected to motherboard same as receiver. Loudspeaker and microphone is joined to USB board and then to motherboard.
Firstly switch off phone. Charge to full the reboot phone. Type in to call dialer........  and go to single test choose each hardware and test. If still doesn't work perform factory reset and test again.
Then is only hardware issue and you need open phone to check what is wrong. Check all connectors, etc

If I understand correctly your queries then I can suspecting "ghost touches ". This could be due to hardware issues (digitizer /screen)
Please use SPFT and flash your phone.
Here is SPFT updating instruction

And here you have all available ROMs
