The problem is WHERE - the platform - you purchased it from, NOT the device's manufacturer. No stores in AliExpress provide invoices, didn't you read? You're wrong for blaming UMi (with "I'll never buy an UMi device again") for AliExpress' rules. My Plus E was - until I accidentally broke its screen - the best phone I've ever had.
I purchased three UMi Plus E devices at GearBest in individual orders (because my parents wanted their units registered in their names since the shipping), got an invoice for each. The screen protectors and flip cases I've purchased from Banggood also came with invoices. DealeXtreme does also provide invoices. But not AliExpress. UMi, the manufacturer, is responsible only for the product's warranty. And the Official AliExpress store team is only responsible for selling their products. You should seek for this information (in this case, your country's demand).
I understand your complaint about UMi's social team not replying to messages, though. My suggestion is, keep trying to contact them, including here in the forums (try contacting an admin, I believe they can help you). Good luck.
