Problems with UMI Plus E

Hi guys, I'm brasilian and I adquired one UMI Plus E in pre-sales. After 3 months, yesterday exactly, I caught my Plus E I paid an absurdity of import duties... I did all the updates, And I found some problems that are annoying me ...
1 - Touch failing at times and difficulty touching the corners of the screen
2 - Slow motion and low quality with small movements in the camera
3 - GPS does not work well
4 - Small gaps in the system
5 - The charger sucks, it does not fit on the phone

The proposal of the phone and hardware are good, but, Was the first time I imported a cell phone from china, and is being so far, more a headache, than a good investment ..It was the fact that I paid dearly on my cell phone with the import taxes ..

Hi,
1. I think hardware limitation.
2. I know, but this is general problem of chinases devices. Try to do photos during high day light :-(
3. GPS works well and really fast. If i use data or wifi connection signal is catched ad fixid during 5-10 secs.
4. Try to use ASUS launcher. This ist the best launcher i can recommend. Try.

I abandoned zenfone 2 with intel. That was nightmore with huge bugs, like never working proximity sensor or draining battery during 6 hours etc. General and basic daily neverending story.

3 - GPS does not work well - MY WORKS excellent even inside in buildings but using WIFI, Mobile data
4 - Small gaps in the system - ??? Explain more
5 - The charger sucks, it does not fit on the phone - NO I have no this problem.

Hi! chance.

I reset the phone, I went back to the factory settings.

1 - These little touch failures are WELL boring! Is it a matter of hardware or software?

2 - To take the photos, I have to be well stopped, otherwise the photo will stain with the movement. This is not cool either.

3 - Apparently the GPS improved after the reset, I could not test very carefully.

4 - The system gives a few stops.

5 - The cable fit was my fault, it was placing the cable superficially, without fitting to the bottom.

6 - I thought that the failures of the biometric reader was a matter of configuration, but also with me presents some flaws ..

I'm using 2 very important apps that I'd like to share:
- Buttons Remapper: to change the commands of the physical buttons
- Nova Launcher: to better organize and customize the app grid


The experience is improving, but I think it still needs some final touches.

My GPS does not seem to be very accurate, it changes the location and sometimes it hangs and it does not go any more ... this with everything connected, wifi and data .. I do not know if it is a problem only on my cell phone ..

My GPS is not working well too. Constant seeking for GPS signal during use and giving wrong directions during navigation. Have been reading about experience from other users seems to be a common issue.

I also use Nova launcher because I can not remove Google search bar on Launcher.
I only have problem with edge touch.

Other problems are not present.

Me as well, no problem, but I use ASUS Launcher. Looks better with more functions :-)
