Cannot use Android Pay on UMI Super

Hi All,
I am unable to add cards on Android Pay, it gives the error message

"Android Pay can't be used on this device: This may be because your device is rooted, has an unlocked bootloader or is running a Custom ROM"

How can this be sorted?

Umi phones does not have NFC. How did you plan to use Android pay?

Nougat or Marshmallow? Marshmallow is signed (at least some versions) with test-keys, while Nougat is signed with release-keys (as a factory rom should be).

Marshmallow. I was not planning to use it for taps, but thought it could be used for online payments. Is that possible?
