Hi,
Am I the only one thinking that the screen reactivity is quite bad on the UMI plus E compare with others smartphone of Umi such as Super for example.

With candycrush, it's really distrubed

Hi, i guess not everybody is sharing his/her experience at the community... But i have a UMI PLUS also, and my phone has the same issue. Let's say, 1 of the 25 touches misses... really annoying
What i have tried:
Running Android 6.o (out of the box)
reset phone
found some apps ( touchscreen calibration, Quick Tuneup-Phone Calibration) all these kind of apps will make it worse....
So i decided to upgrade to android 7.  During setup i switched off the fingerprint scanner, because it does not work very well. My feeling says the touch screen seems to be more smoothly. I minor update was announced after this upgrade, so i installed it (could not read the details or releasenotes because it was written in chinese .. Still i notice some missed touches, but not as much as with Android 6.

So i do not want to try this SGS app, because of my experiance with such apps in Android 6. I prefer a good fix from UMI it self

Oui je le trouve un peu lent aussi, et je n'arrive pas a vraiment déterminer si l'écran est multi-point ou pas.

I just received my Plus E, and touch sensitivity is REALLY bad. I reset to defaults, installed latest ROM through SPFT, and still no better.
Hoping it will recover with the next update, if not, i'm gonna ask for a refund.

Please use SGS app from play store and adjust screen sensitivity.

I have tried adjusting sensitivity with the SGS app, but even on extreme settings it does not resolve the issue, apparently the effect is very limited if it does have any effect at all.
Phone is almost unusable in this state...

Do you have phone cover or screen protector?
As you know how use SPFT,  could you try use older ROMs?
Is this only happening when phone is not in hand (is on table etc.)?

No cover or protector, phone is brand new, it's happening in any position. I have tried the latest ROM and the previous one.
The results are the same. Phone is gorgeous, great screen, beautiful battery life (3 days), but sensitivity is so bad it feels like touching on a 15 year old PDA.

Could you try first ROM version with all partitions checked?
You are second user who is complaining about touch sensitivity. Maybe this is production fault (hardware).
