UMI PLUS E - Camera undetected problem after FOTA V3.0

I got camera problem yesterday. The phone just did not recognize/cannot connect to the camera. I check FOTA update and found  FOTA V3.01_20170112. I updated the phone. Guess what... the camera menu in home screen disapeared as well as in app list. I tried installing other apps from google play but nothing works. It's the same message. I tried android checking app, and it did not detect any camera (the same message as NFC check). I have tried reset and reinstall the update several times but the problem still exists.
Do you have same problem?

Please perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset). This phone is not supporting NFC as doesn't have NFC antenna built in.

I have reset it several times and the problem still resists. Any other advice?
I am aware that it doesnot support NFC. What I meant was the testing app reported the camera as undetected just the same as NFC.

\n\nJust got advice from UMI team, I've got to flash the ROM since factory reset doesn't work at all.

As I don't have this model I can't confirm this issue but I asked Ben and he tested for me his umi plus E and he could create this issue on any app.
Please wait for another update.

But did you tried use SPFT and format + download option?
This will wipe your whole system and probably IMEI s address too but you can restore using SN writer from here

The phone was alright before. I flash it 5 times. 1st flash, camera was right but immediately lost connection again. I flash it again 3 times, but the problem resisted. Yes i tried + download. This morning I tried one more time and download all FOTA updates. The camera icon/shortcut still doesn't appear in app menu, so i install google camera. But good news, it works.

Did you try use older ROM?

Please maybe shake or give small slap to phone to check is maybe loose connection in camera wire.

Yes, I have tried the first and latest ROM, but neither work. The last moment before it went blank yesterday, the camera's image got upside-down then distorted, then went black/blank.
I'll try the other ROM tonight.
