Is there any way to disable Quick Charging?

i tend to leave my phone charging when i go to sleep and with Quick Charging the battery gets kinda hot, i'm afraid of it degrading fast, is there any way i could disable Quick Charging on Umi Super?

use other 5V 1A charger..

Wouldn't that cause the charger itself to explode since it is the phone that asks for more power?

It's not that phone asks for more power, it's just possible to deliver bigger amperage to battery without problems. Just use 5V 1A charger and everything will be ok
